The Oaks Barns are located in the quaint village of Durley, in the City of Winchester district of Hampshire, England. The village is home to two pubs, The Robin Hood Inn and the Farmers Home.
Our luxury accommodation consists of The Main Barn which has four beds, and The Piggery, which has two beds. They may be rented separately, or both together to sleep up to 12 guests.
We have two hot tubs and we’re dog friendly! 🐕

The Main Barn
The Main Barn has four double bedrooms, a huge lounge, kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout. Looking out from the lounge area are floor to ceiling windows as well as a spectacular log burner and feature wall. There is also a dining table seating 12 people, great for an evening together. Leading up a spiral staircase there is an impressive mezzanine floor with seating for 12, a huge 65″ TV as well as a kids corner with chalk board, games and toys.
The main barn comprises of four bedrooms. All four rooms contain a luxurious king size bed and 2 of the rooms can be split into 2 x twin beds instead if preferred (please advise when booking.)
There is a large main bathroom which has both a bath and shower as well as an ensuite shower room in bedroom 1. Outside there is a private garden area with a six person hot tub alongside a covered fire pit a gas BBQ.
The Piggery
This barn may be smaller in size but it is just as luxurious. It has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with underfloor heating throughout. The Piggery has beautifully shaped glass windows for the old piggery entrances along a corridor leading you to the bedrooms. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which has a log burner, TV and feature wall. Outside there is a private garden with a four person hot tub.
“Just back from an amazing stay, the host Charlotte couldn’t do enough to help us and the place is immaculate and absolutely stunning, we had a big family weekend away and there was ample space for us to spend time together. There is a pub up the road and your a short drive to the beach, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester etc. Cannot rate this highly enough and we will be staying again!”
“Just a stunning conversion with all the mod cons you could need for a relaxing and luxurious break. Plenty of room for everyone and fun to be had – we barely wanted to leave the complex at all as there was enough to keep us occupied there. The barns are perfectly placed for exploring the area too with most places of interest within half an hour away. The cinema room at the mezzanine was the stuff of dreams and made for cosy movie nights for us all. Thanks so much, Charlotte and Thomas, we’ll be back!”

The barns are next door to each other on the same plot. The Main Barn has a 12 seater dining table and ample space for everyone to socialise together.
